C&C tiberium war awfull texture and graphics on brand new install.

Hi i have reinstalled a brand new computer with core I7 13th generation, and geforce 3060, the game was working fine on my previous setup with the 3060

but when i launch c&c tiberium war, i get texture issue in game, the terrain is awfull, the building too, the unit too, all is awfull and i'm in maximum details, i've tried,

re install nvidia drivers

re install the game,

its already in version 1.09

i'm running windows 10 up to date,

hope you can help, i love that game

fyi, when i lauch kane revenge that lauch c&c tiberium war !
