C&C Tiberium wars. Can you change the language of installed game or to install in English?

I use an uk computer and bought the disk this months from a uk retailer.  The packaging is all in english but the game installation wizzard defaults to german (no menu option to adjust this) and so now is the installed game.  Does anyone no a way to change the language installed game or to install in English?
