C&C Ultimate Collection - Red Alert 2: Yuri's Revenge

For the first time launching the game, I could play it but it was extremely laggy. Below are what I did in order to play smoothly:

1. CnC Graphics Patch & DDWrapper

a. Downloaded CnC Graphics Patch, patched both RA2 and YR.

b. Threw in a folder "de" which consists the file "CnCGraphicsPatch.resources.dll".

c. Edited 'aqrit.cfg' as instructed in the webpage.

d. Extracted "ddraw.dll" and "src.7z" into game directory.

Playable? > No.

2. "gamemd.exe" Shortcut on Desktop

a. Created a shortcut for the application "gamemd.exe".

b. Right-clicked the shortcut and went into Properties.

c. Set compatibility to Windows XP (Service Pack 2), set Reduced color mode (to 16-bit color), set to run as admin.

d. At 'Shortcut' tab, added "-win" in the 'Target' field.

Playable? > The game window only shows the desktop instead of the game's content (eg. the menu). Background musics were playing though.

I kept tweaking around but still couldn't play the game properly and it's driving me nuts. Help is much appreciated.
