Challenge Match: about to win, get network error, and match not found
I was playing my first ever challenge match. Surprisingly, I was about to win. At that point, I received a "poor connection" error and then a "trying to reconnect" prompt. This is odd as I n Then the game dropped and there is no record of the match. I've had poor connections and dropped games at other locations, but where I was playing is rock solid and even if dropped, they always played out and show up in my match history.
Given this was a challenge match and my opponent (I suppose) has more to lose than I, I suspect a hack at worst or a programming bug at best.
Has anyone else experienced this? Anything I can do to find that match, get credit for it, or at least prevent it from happening again.

I checked our logs and found three challenge matches for you, two wins and one loss.
The lost match finished 2019-01-14 22:34 GMT which would have been 2:34 PM PST.
