CHEATING or BUG: Medals Lost in wininig game.

Simply i won the games and i lost medals.. not once or twice it happened many times and it changed my position in the game totally.. tried to contact customer support by every possible way but No good answer.

Anyway i stooped playing to keep the matches in my profile and match history and favorite.  i meant to keep the last two matches to be very clear and i didnt play after.. I play in IOS and android and i tried all the simple way to fix the issue.. its so disappointing after all the time and money i spend in the game to lose 3 or 4 ranks because of it.

    Thanks @louay117 for getting back to me so quick. I've checked the logs on your account and I can see your match went out of sync. ☹️ This can happen when both players disconnect briefly from the game. I suggest you try switching your network connect, from WiFi to cellular data for example and see if that improves things for you. The cellular data connection is often more stable and should not run into this issue. Hope this helps! 🙂
