CnC 3 KW won't start

CnC 3 TW starts but KW not. it says error: exception in exception handler. crashes to desktop. My laptops specs:

Win7x64

MSI CX61-2PC

i7 4700MQ

intel HD4600

nvidia 820m

8gbram

What can I play with no problem: BF3, The Incredible Adventures of Van Helsing, Far Cry 3, Warhammer 40,000 Dawn of War II,

CnC4, Wargame AirLand Battle, World of Tanks...

What did I try:

- SFC command.

- DirectX-nvidia-intel-Realtek-windows drivers re-updated.

- Several times reinstalled.

- compatibility for winxp-sp3.

- copied whole games to new location and try to launch from new location (for shorter location name).

- several times game repaired from origin.

- replaced .dat file from internet.

- force to start with nvidia.

still not working. And Yes CnC 3 TW starts but KW not. Whole thing starts with end of "Betrayal ol killian qatar" mission.

Any suggestion?
