Just to update, we are looking into this issue. Sorry for the frustration caused in the meantime.

"looking " is not good enough. How about doing something? One week has passed and nothing but vague promises. This is shockingly unacceptable.

EA just doesn care !!!! I would like to see how they plan on refunding the guys who have purchased this game. They are handling this problem in a very unprofessional way and it makes me sick.
