Command & Conquer 4 Host Game Error

Hi,

Whever I try to host any kind of multiplayer game in C&C 4, co-op, custom or matchmaking, I get the following error:

Host Game Error:

Failed to Host Game

My party members also get the same thing.

I've tried all sorts of fixes and port forwards, but nothing seems to work. Any suggestions?
