This is a mostly volunteer-driven forum; most of the people who lend a hand around here (like me) aren't actually EA employees. For issues like this, I suggest you contact EA tech support through help.ea.com and get a chat session with a live representative. They can actually look into your account details to solve such things.
Not sure where you got that title though. The Command & Conquer Saga is a pack that includes C&C: The First Decade and C&C 3: Tiberium Wars. It is not a digital download code, and it is not C&C4; that's Tiberian Twilight.
