Command & Conquer 4 Tiberian Twilight registration code already used

I owned Command and Conquer 4 Tiberian Twilight on my old computer, and now that I have a new one, it says my registration code has already been used and it wont let me play the game.  I bought it on disk not online, and there is nothing that I know of for me to do to get it to work.  Is there any way someone can help me, because this is completely unfair and if I can't play a game I have only had a little over a year, then I want my money back. 

Please just help me resolve this issue, thanks

    Im sorry but I dont see how this is supposed to resolve my issue.  It takes me back to the "help with a game" at the home screen, where I have nothing to do.  It asks me to search a topic and stuff like that which is why I personally wanted to ask this question because I havent seen any other topics with this exact problem.  The search engine makes you find similar topics, and there are none since this my personal problem which is why I need personal help from an EA member. That is why I posted a question.

    also, if i click "contact us" it takes me to this answer page where i originally posted the question.

    If you follow the steps in the link, it should bring you to a page with your support options. Set your issue as Origin, PC, Codes/DLC issue and you should be able to make some progress.

    So you're saying I should start at select a topic and go to codes: dlc/promo?

    If thats what you mean, I tried that and the only solution I could find is about getting my code back from Origin, which I didnt buy it from, so I dont have an online code that I can recover from Origin.  The only solution I can think of is that someone from EA can just give me a new code.

    I don't want to have to ask for that if its too much to ask, but what am i supposed to do.  There is no way to get a new code otherwise since I registered this game on my old PC so it will always say I have already used the code.

    I'm having the same problem I bought the game 2 years ago and I just reinstalled it and it's tell me my code is already in use and I did all those step to but that didn't work at all they were asking for a email that I made when I got the game and I don't remember it
