Im sorry but I dont see how this is supposed to resolve my issue. It takes me back to the "help with a game" at the home screen, where I have nothing to do. It asks me to search a topic and stuff like that which is why I personally wanted to ask this question because I havent seen any other topics with this exact problem. The search engine makes you find similar topics, and there are none since this my personal problem which is why I need personal help from an EA member. That is why I posted a question.
also, if i click "contact us" it takes me to this answer page where i originally posted the question.

Community AdminIf you follow the steps in the link, it should bring you to a page with your support options. Set your issue as Origin, PC, Codes/DLC issue and you should be able to make some progress.
