Command & conquer generals and Zero hour for Windows 10 DirectX 8.1 fix!

@LordHoratio-N perfect, ive changed resolution's in the document folder, ive reinstalled the game and countless versions of Directx, read to many forum posts and im sure ive done this before but i think last time i forgot to delete the dll from both games folders
