Command & conquer the ultimate collection bugs

Hi, I have a pc with Windows 7 64 bit. I bought the Command & conquer the ultimate collection and after the instalr Command & conquer 1 and I found many bugs: very rare colors and scroll too fast making it unplayable. I have found unofficial patches but I will not install because I demand a solution from the company that sold me the game. When going to get an update for that game if I may ask ?.

I find it regrettable that further selling to these bugs.
