Command & Conquer Tiberian Twilight Code/password does not work

Purchased Command & Conquer Tiberian Twilight...the Password does not work...

If you're running Tiberian Twilight for the first time, you must first create an account/persona for the game. Your username and password are the same as your EA/Origin account, but your ingame persona must be created manually.
