Command an conquer driverX error

Question

Hi all,&nbsp;I have a win 10 64bit, got the command and conquer ultimate some games work some dont.Red alert 2 worksRed alert 3 does not workCommand and conquer 3 does not workCommand and conquer 4 worksSo strange older an newer work but 2 inbetween do not... Iv tried updating drivers... Running compatibility modes ect... Cant get red alert 3 or CC 3 to work just get "driverX error"&nbsp;Please help

@JJ69WESTHAM Please describe the errors/problems you are getting with every CNC-game in more detail. To fix the DirectX-error, please follow all the steps under "DirectX8.1 error": https://www.pcgamingwiki.com/wiki/Command_%26_Conquer:_Generals#DirectX_8.1_error_.28Windows.29 Did that fix the DX-errors and does this allow you to play CNC3 and RA3? I know these steps were written for Generals, but they also work for the later CNC-games 🙂

I get this error message when loading both red alert 3 and command and conquer 3, all other command an conquer games work fine. Iv tried the steps in that guide and it still did not work☹️

@JJ69WESTHAM Let me guess... you have a AMD graphics card? I saw many people with the same problem as you where those steps didn't help and they all seem to have AMD graphics cards...

Not sure to be honest. Intel HD i know that. I can play generals in full HD so no idea why red alert wont work... Cancelling my origin. No point if games dont work.

I have a Nvidia graphics card and the same problem, I´ve been trying to solve for months at this point, to no avail.
