Command and Conquer 3 Tiberium Wars Exits to Black Screen

Drivers up to date. Specs below.

When I play Tib Wars, it works and looks fantastic. When I exit the game, my desktop never comes back. I get a blank, black screen. Tried reinstalling, repairing the game and my video drivers. My win10 x64 install is relatively fresh and I have games on Steam, Origin and (unfortunately) Uplay, and all of those titles work perfectly. 

I've submitted a bug report with a DxDiag. I'm looking for a workaround atm while I await the response.
