Command and Conquer 3 tiberium wars language packs

i can't play the game with out the language packs, and I want to play the game in English! Why I get the error that I have no language pack installed?
I have repaired the game and installed-reinstalled it and I still have the same issue, no one posted English language packs to setup them! Why my game isn't playing????
