Command and Conquer 4: Tiberian Twilight - Does not load through Origin client; constant error message
I have found no support for Command and Conquer 4: Tiberian Twilight on either the EA or C&C websites; so I am hoping posting here will do the trick. I have found no patch information, though Internet searches reveal that something might have existed at one point in history somewhere. The Forums at the C&C website are... useless. And the EA Advisor I waited an hour to chat with online was clearly not American; and her advice was for me to reinstall the product, which removed it from my system entirely, meaning that I have to re-download it to this computer again. (5 GB for me takes several hours, unfortunately.)
Whenever I try to play Command and Conquer 4: Tiberian Twilight, I have to wait a few moments before receiving this message below:

This error message pops up on both my Win 7 64-bit computers (every time), so C&C4: TT is unplayable on both systems. And no, Compatibility Mode does nothing to help - I tried. (But why should I have? Didn't C&C4 come out in 2010 for Vista/Windows 7?)
At this point, after I download the game again overnight while I sleep, I was wondering if anyone knew what the problem is that I am having as well as to resolve it. I bought the game through the Origin client, have it in my Games Library, and I simply cannot play it. I just need support for this item.
