    Thanks for your help EA. Now i can play it because, i reinstall my windows.

    But sometimes it has general system error. Do you know why it become this error ?

Ok i pass this but it still "launcher has stop working"

    Oh, so sfc completes without finding files to repair now?

    In that case we'll see if the issue to do with a 3rd party program. Try restarting the machine in Safe Mode with Networking. The game itself won't run, but the launcher should.
