Command and Conquer game code register

Trying to register Command and Conquer the First Decade plus the later Tiberium games. This is an EA product! I have genuine product keys. Some of them are even on the back of the game manual. But they will not submit through Origin's product registration. I was the sole owner of the game. I did not lend them to anybody.

Also regarding the older C&C games that were previously owned by Westwood Studios. Shouldnt the product keys still work under EA's registration?
