Command and Conquer GENERALS AND ZERO HOUR WINDOWS8

I just bought a brand new computer and it can run games like diablo and WOW but yet i cant run the generals game my brother just bought me , it installs and after it is done i click the icon it comes...

Disabled Origin, already have my options.ini in place with correct options. Game still crashes on startup without even a splash screen.
