After buying the Ultimate Edition, I've installed Command and Conquer Generals with Zero Hour and when I got to run it I just keep getting an error. I uninstalled it and updated windows and tried again, still not working. Also Red Alert 2 won't load because it says it's unable to set the video mode. I have been working for hours trying to fix these issues, but nothing seems to work. If these games cannot be run on Windows 10
thanks for the reply no I didn't download anything beside the game but so far it only cuts out during the general challenge mode and I was using the us super weapons and it happens about 20 minutes in to the battle when I build 4 partical beams the game just shuts off goes back to windows but I will try the steps for red alert 2
I tried all the 3 steps for red alert 2 but it still doesn't work still the same as before I have sound and the mouse arrow but no picture and when I click on the black screen it actually clicks but nothing happens
