Could you please try disabling Origin In Game to see if the issue still occurs after this? You can disable Origin In Game if you go to the Origin menu in the top left corner of the client, then Application Settings and Origin In game.
hi guys i am having the same problem as "bndmorton" i tried all kinds of things from google/youtube/this forum but it won't help.
the game opens - intro video is black - after the video the menu should load but it is only showing empty buttons, you do hear the sound when clicking - when you minimize the screen and open it back up it does show the menu but when you click a button nothing happens (you do hear the sound) etc etc etc
i did however got the game loaded 1 time in a smaller screen (-Win) windowed mode and then it did work perfectly.
But unfortunately i cannot get this windowed mode working again :\ any hints/tips?

Thank you for advising, unfortunately this did not work for me. (i tried this 4 times before i posted the comment before) but i still tried it again because you never know.
Do you know any other solutions?
