i was the same problem if u got router who got tv or much ports u shalll put each of them to find one real one cuz my friend wrok in place who selling tv and internet .. and he sayd when need swich ports. for me 1 and 4 are internet  2 and 3 televison and 4th one is realone idk why but u shall try my advice
