Compatibility Issues with Command and Conquer Ultimate Edition

Question

I recently purchased C&amp;C Ultimate Edition to my PC. I can play the original C&amp;C fine, but when I try to play Tiberian Sun there are what I assume are compatability issues. The menu doesn't work properly, and when I can get a new campaign started, the FMV plays fine and the game starts, but it seems choppy, and if I try to open the options menu it freezes. Is there a way to change the settings?&nbsp;My computer is a Dell Inspiron N4110. I have a 500GB hard-drive, 6GB RAM, 2.30GHz Processor. My OS is Windows 8.1 Pro 64-bit. Any help would be appreciated!&nbsp;

The Tinerian Sun episode was 14 years old last August.&nbsp; There was only Windows98 and Windows NT then.&nbsp; I don't think that Windows 8 can emulate a version that old:

That is not a link to the SR Labs, whose results are too inaccurate to suit me.&nbsp;

I tried setting it in the Windows 98 in the compatibility mode and it still didn't work.&nbsp;I am on Windows 8 too.&nbsp;

We got C&amp;C1 working on it without any problems. That's 19 years 😛
