CONTACTING GAME ADVISOR/LIVE CHAT

I need help with my Tiberium Twilight game hosting.  It won't work..  I'm not the only one.......where are the people to help?

    Hi trinityunicorn, this is a network issue and the fix will have to come on our end. The studio is already investigating and a fix is in the works.

    DEAR MR COMMUNOTY ADVISOR    3 WEEKS AND STILL NO HOSTING OF GAMES OR ANY POSITVE FEEDBACK?? IS THIS ACCEPTABLE?? HOW CAN U JUSTIFY THIS?

    my fifa ultimate team on playstation 4 had been hacked i have been trying to get in contact with a ea game advisor all they keep saying is a game expert will get in contact but its been a month i lost my team kits manager stadium i spent 38 pound of my own money to buy packs my team was all gold with high quality players i also had over a million fifa coins what happens next no one is doing anything?
