Continuously getting an error of "missing ssleay32.dll" when i try to play command & conquer ultimate collection

Hello

Red alert 2 and yuris revenge gets this message everytime i try to start it ***Fatal*** String manager failed to initialized properly

I dont know what it means, and i have searched several forums to find a solution.  

What i have tried:
- reinstalled it 3 times.
- went to this page: http://answers.ea.com/t5/Command-Conquer-The-Ultimate/Red-Alert-2-error-FATAL-String-Manager-failed-to-initialize/td-p/96248
I get this message: cannot install this program, a required file is missing.
-I went in to the folders and searced ''exe'' (a forum recommended it). And a RA2 logo with a little shield on it pops up. When i try to start it, it says:'' missing required file ssleay32.dll ''
-I have tried to start as administrator, didnt work

-I tried the kompability check, didnt work.

For information:

I had a downloaded version of this game before, but i uninstalled it for the simplicity of origin(ironically)

Hope there are some geniouses out there who can help a fellow gamer ☹️
