Downloading past purchases

I just bought a new desktop computer, I did so because my old laptop stopped working so I threw the laptop out. On my laptop I had Command & Conquer Red Alert 3, but since I lost the laptop I don't have the game, I checked my emails for the product code to see if I can redeem the game but no, it wasn't in my emails. So then I tried to login to Origin.com and try to download / install the game, but I don't know how to do this. Do I log onto origin.com and try to re-buy the game and enter all the required info and I will get the game for free? If not, can you give me step-by-step instructions on where and how to download / install the game without re-purchasing it? Thank you.

    You should be able to redownload from the My Games tab in Origin. Set it to Show: All Games, and check Hidden Games, in case it doesn't show up at first.


    Also, can I double check that you have downloaded the actual Origin client program? The link is here if you need it: https://www.origin.com/download

    Hi there, you should be able to just log into Origin and download the game. Checking, I can see C&C games associated with this account. Be sure to check that your My Games section is set to View All.

    Ok so I went to origin and logged in, then I went to my order history and selected  view all so that I can see all my orders I saw Command & Conquer Red Alert 3 listed there, but what do I click? It just shows the order date, the order number, the price, the game description and the original order number, that's all. I don't see a re-download button anywhere. Do I go to redeem product code and type in the order number? I can't type my real product code because I don't have it. Do I have to download origin? Because on origin.com I can't find the "My games".  Also is an order number the product code? I tried to enter the order number in the product code slot but it didn't work.

    Thank you so much! I downloaded the client, and found the my games tab and  I am downloading the game now, thanks!
