Error when updating (Google Play error)

Since the update I'm getting the pop up in the game to update to the new version. However, when it redirects me to Google Play Store, the following message shows up:

Error while retrieving information from the server: DF-DFERH-01.

Tried to update the app manually but its not showing in my apps list not showing in the results after looking manually for it. Looks like the app disappeared from Goggle Play.

I tried to remove the cache and come back to the store but same result.

Any idea if its temporal or it is only my problem?

    I'm having the exact issue on my Samsung Galaxy a5. I have been playing since day one up until that newest update. It's been over a week since I have been able to play. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling but I'm also getting the error for device is not compatible

    Was a solution found? Still the same problem even though this is a very expensive tablet with good hardware.

    Hi. How does the investigation progress? It has been one year since you started it? Still cant play it on tab s3.
