Which one of the 17 games included in the Ultimate Collection is giving you this error message?

c&c covert ops comes with blank msg box

red alert

red alert 2

c&c 3 tiberium wars

c&c tiberium sun

all these games come with that message

generals

c&c 4 tiberium twilight

red alert 3

all these work fine

bought it for red alert mainly

Is your operating system a 64 or a 32 bits version?

Older versions do not run on 64 bits, and will require a bit of fiddling around with the installation.

its a 32 bit operating system

strange how some are working and others arnt

In the meantime, please go to your graphic card's manufacturer and download the latest drivers, install them and see if solves the issue. 🙂

all drivers up to date as far as i can tell

if issue cant be remedied who do i see about refund

been on holiday for week, sorry for delay

installed by clickin on install and then followed onscreen instructions

strange and annoying how few games work but most dont
