Extreme delays launching attacks, collecting packages or moving bases

World 94 has been glitching for awhile now. I can't tell you how many times I clicked on a building or unit to upgrade it and they took the Tib or Cry but nothing ever leveled up.

But every time EA does a patch they break something else.
