Funds

I am unable to buy ta funds in Tiberium command and conquer I am from the Uk this is happening in both of my accounts

i have cleared cache file and other browsers

@dandyray Hello Commander,

what Payment method are you employing? And have you used that method before with CCTA, on these accounts?

If the accounts are new then you will need to verify first before you can acquire funds, you have been send an email to the registered address.

Can't buy funds look screenshot , Also i can only change world ingame now look screenshot.
So whats the prob ???

Same problems.
Getting funds just generates a message "www.origin.com refuses to connect".
Trying to change worlds from the login screen generates a message "gamecdnorigin.alliances.commandandconquer.com redirected you too many times."
However I have a workaround for the changing worlds issue. Try this URL
https://gamecdnorigin.alliances.commandandconquer.com/WebWorldBrowser/index.aspx?
Now if someone could offer something similar for a working funds page .....
If it is still broken after this next patch, I think I will call it a day after 6 years.
Love the game; tired of EA's * attitude.

I have found a solution to the funds problem in using Microsoft Edge. It is not my default browser (never used in fact since building this PC) so when I started it up, it is as if it was straight out of the box ie no extensions, etc to complicate matters.
I was able to buy funds by logging on at the start up page and going through the usual steps. Once my funds purchase was completed, I closed Edge and reverted to playing using Chrome.
I hope this helps someone.
