Game won't accept my registration code

I had C&C 4 installed on my computer but it had to be worked on. This erased C&C 4 and now when I try to register it again now it will not accept the registration code on the back of the manual. When I try to use it, it says "code already used." How I can I re-register my game to be able to play it?

Did you link your game to your Origin account?

My game was linked to my Origin account and won't accept the code. This is the third game I've had this problem. It also happened with Showtime and University life as well. I can't get any help with this. WTH!!!!!!! I was hoping Island Paradise would come through but no such luck. HELP!!

I forgot to ado be registeredd my email stated my game would automatically register with Origin, but when I tried to download bonus content it said my game needed to be registered.
