Games missing from bundle

Peculiar. This seems to be popping up a lot, lately. Can you list exactly which entries are shown? Note that the pack's "seventeen" games actually include expansions; the final list of added items (including the bonus content) is only ten items. The entries you should get are:
- Command & Conquer™ 3 Tiberium Wars™ and Kane's Wrath
- Command & Conquer™ 4 Tiberian Twilight
- Command & Conquer™ and The Covert Operations™
- Command & Conquer™ Generals and Zero Hour
- Command & Conquer Red Alert™ 2 and Yuri's Revenge™
- Command & Conquer™ Red Alert™ 3 and Uprising
- Command & Conquer Red Alert™, Counterstrike™ and The Aftermath™
- Command & Conquer Renegade™
- Command & Conquer™ The Ultimate Edition Additional Content
- Command & Conquer™ Tiberian Sun™ and Firestorm™
Make sure you're listing "All games" in the Origin listing, and also check "hidden games"; you never know if it somehow slipped in there. You can also try refreshing your games list through the menu.
If they are indeed truly missing, I advise you to contact EA tech support through help.ea.com. They can actually look into your account details to solve such things.

Order history says "Processing" but people tell it could take long time, could you speed up?
I had the free RA2/YR pack actually going from "Completed" back to "Processing", so there are definitely some issues on EA's side.
If the problem persists, I advise you to follow the steps EA_Nils detailed in this thread, to get it sorted out:

I'm just a volunteer who's been given some extra forum privileges for my efforts here. I don't work for EA, so I can't access your game account details 😉
No problem, games eventually were added to my library next morning. I even opened refund case out of frustration. 🙂 Its unusual experience that games aren't added right away after awesome Steam customer service. Thanks for help anyway.
