Generals / Zero Hour password not recognized.

Hi, 

I recently purchased the Ultimate Connection and have been trying to play online with Generals and Zero Hour. Running Windows 7.

When I go to login to Generals online it says my PW is incorrect. I assumed it was the same as my Origin account and / or my old EA online account but neither seems to work. Tried creating a new account but I get the same 'Password is incorrect' message.

Is Generals online an entirely separate account? If so, how do I access it to reset my PW so I can play?
