graphics card red alert 3

Have just had to re-build my system and re-install everything. For some reason though Red Alert 3 will not use my Nvidia GTX1060. I've attempted to force using my GPU within the Nvidia Manage 3D settings but even though I have Red Alert 3 and Uprising exe files both selected the game will not use the Nvidia GPU.

All drivers are 100% up to date. Running an MSI GS63VR 7F with Win 10 Pro and have downloaded and installed all drivers from MSI plus have checked and installed all updates.

Ideas???

OK......so problem solved. For some reason the Nvidia drivers were having a heart attack to the point of just removing themselves altogether. Very strange considering the drivers installed were totally up to date. Another fresh install and update and suddenly everything is working as it should and has not had a problem now for a week.
