How do i make a complaint?

How do I log a complaint to EA games?  I can find no reference to complaints anywhere on your system.

Details of Complaint

I bought Command and Conquer The Ultimate Collection from your Origin system.  I did this because it the description it stated the older games had been optimised to work on recent versions of windows.  I have tried playing the Tiberian Sun game however when I try to play this I can not see any of the in game menus making it hard to play.

I contacted your 'chat' help and the advisor I was chatting to cut me off and connected me to an different agent.  This adviser told me to restart my computer the come back to chat to the help team again.  I did this and when I came back was told the help team was not currently available.  Your level of customer service is unacceptable.

If this game will not run on my system I would like a full refund for the cost of the game.

    You can google it and there is a complaints board, I'm quite sure you can add your complaint there if you like, ...

     

    I'd try again if I were you, there's "help"... and then there's people that actually "help"... if you know what I mean...

    Dude, do not be that silly. EA won't pay piece of attention to this older game. what they want is just how to let you buy their old games again. I have post a problem for half of a year, the only reply is "I have the same question".

    There is no offcial reply to our problem at all.
