Avatar is the last unit you get at level 60, he is level 45!!! there is something really wrong here. unless you can tell me how you can get a level 60 guy at level 45, or how a person goes down in levels, i am quite sure this is the Big 'C' word.
@AlphonseDisciple Good point about questioning how he is a level 46 with a Avatar. He must have played at a time where there wasn’t a level system and got the avatar before that point maybe? You would know better than me Disciple you’ve been playing longer that me.

@AlphonseDisciple Just connected the dots when I read your answer about the C word. Silly me. Soooo this is very interesting that he had this unit unlocked and he is only Level 46. I wonder how he did this. He has the Flame Tank unlocked as well but interestingly enough not the stealth tank or inferno nor the mammoth or other high level GDI units.

There was an avatar bundle in the shop a little while back. This is how he has the avatar before level 60. Definitely possible without being a cheater.
Anyone could buy it. It was available to my alt account which was around level 25 at the time. It worked the same way as the various unit events. E.g. I have Orca Bomber on my alt account and can use it but I'm not at the level to unlock it yet.
