I can't see custom maps I've made for Command and Conquer 3: Tiberium Wars

I can't see custom maps I've made for Command and Conquer 3: Tiberium Wars, I've put them in the correct place (AppData -> Roaming -> TibWars folder -> maps) I know this is the correct spot, I have a CD copy for C&C Red Alert 3 and mapped for that, I am trying to map now for TibWars and cannot see maps I've created. I downloaded TibWars as part of the C&C Ultimate Collection (this: http://www.gamefly.com/Download-Command--Conquer-The-Ultimate-Collection/5004609/#.UXbyDbUsmYg) and when I try to use the TibWars custom map manager it tells me that I don't have the game installed. Please help, I enjoyed mapping Red Alert 3 and want to map TibWars.
