I was in 3rd place and 1st place in both rivals tournaments, but when the tournament ended, I did not receive the loot crates for either competition!!! I worked hard to climb that leaderboard, and to not receive the promised loot is a disgrace. How do I get my rewards that I won????
EA QV TeamHey @The_ATLien_King thanks for reaching out. Sorry you didn't get your crates. Can I get your Persona ID, found in Settings > About and I'll look into this. Did you encounter any crashes at the end of the race? Once I get your Persona ID I'll be able to confirm if you received the contents of the crate to your account. I'll look into why the crate opening did not trigger too.
Exact same issue, I didnt receive the crate for the 3rd place.
EA QV Team@Sorolei if you send me your Persona ID, found in Settings > About, I'll be able to confirm your rewards for you.
I also experienced this issue, came first in rivals but no reward.

EA QV TeamHey @Rusty_UK333 thanks for your Persona ID. I can see you finished first in the GDI race and your rewards were added to your account. You got the following goodies:
- 9773 credits
- 44 Commander Seth cards
- 24 Sandstorm cards
- 62 Attack Bike cards
- 70 Confessor cards
- 232 Scorpion Tank cards
- 18 Tick Tank cards
