Ignoring your player base

Noone and I mean noone at the studio producing Command and Conquer Rivals seems to be listening to the player base. Why should any of us keep playing your game if feedback is ignored? This has to be one of the worst ways to run a company. Talk about another black eye for EA.

Some problems that Ive talked about half a dozen times. Unit build times are too slow. Unit movement speeds are abysmal. This is a game where these two issues are of extreme importance. Reducing the amount of coins in loot box payouts is another infuriating point. Id never spend money on coins. Like many mobile games, this appears to only be in place to frustrate customers into paying for coins.

The 2 missle strike win system is still a glaring issue. Id use critical thinking skills to assess all of the issues Ive described above. This game is probably going to average a 3 in the Google Play store if launched in its current iteration.

I still think each player should get a different bar for the missiles instead of the shared one.

  • There is a reason, why movement and build time is slow. It would be too hard to play on a touchscreen otherwise. It would be a crapfest.

Focus on things like the horrible store options- 600+ diamonds for a crate and horrible, horrible promo bundles,as well as unit balance like the now-useless banshee.

Only i think the Talon got screwed far more than Banshee ?

  • We are all submitting valuable information which required a fair amount of game play to ascertain. Itd be fantastic if EA would work with us, the customers, who are testing this game for them.

Ive got a $100 in and Ive never spent that on a game before. I am sure there are people with much heavier investments.

We don't want to see the game fail. It has serious potential to generate revenue for many years. If it is fine tuned.

the problem is the pay to win concept for this game thats why people are not liking it i may have put $5 into it but now i wont put anything else into it but like i said before they are banking on it to be a pay to win game

Yea ... This game has potential ... only its timing was bad.

Release it while we are enraged for the lack of a proper C&C game since 2007 (because really ... that C&C 4 never happened and noone is allowed to talk about that abomination) was a bad call.

If i were EA, i would announce the remakes that we are aware now thx to reddit, show some footage to make everyone happy again, and then i would announce the mobile game so people can have fun while waiting for the real experience.

Man ... that EA guy from the E3 saying "Command & Conquer for a new generation" with a straight face ... man ... i wanteded to ... AAAAAAAAAHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH

NO NO NO. The new generation want * games and easy things. 90% of C&C player base are made by old school gamers playing the stuff since C&C 95 (my self included)

Like you, i dont want to see it fail. Make C&C Great Again !

I hope things change, but unfortunately, its been a long time since EA heard its costumers before its investors. And really ... guys in suits dont know how great games are made.

  • ya this game is totally * GDI has a slower build time and slower troops but OP on damage and health as far as i can tell
