Impossible to get TA-Funds

Me too. Not happy.

Now there is mass hallowen discount and only what i can get in my country is text: "Sorry, there are no available offers for your country. Please check again later."

Its going on now for more than 14 days,... 

same here, i started new world (103) and need funds to grow faster, but all i can get is message that there's no offers for my country... till today i purchased funds i don't know how many times, at least 30-40

Check that the location/region in your game account is identical to the location/region of your Origin account...

I had this a similar problem, and the support was unable to help. I was in contact with them for hours on more than one occasion for months. In the end, I found the email of the CEO, and wrote him an email. They investigated, and provided me the solution ...

What was the solution?

Go to https://profile.ea.com/login.do and log in, does your Country match that of the payment method you are using?

For example if your profile is registered to the USA, but your Paypal/credit card account is registered to another country, that could be causing potential issues. 

Your payment country must match the country in the ea and origin accounts...

hallo geht es noch mein konto und acc sind im selben land ,deutschland und trotzdem bekomme ich über paypal keine funds zu kaufen immer fehler  später brobieren und genau da wo es 30 % gab schön das ihr ihr nix macht dagegen oder wollt ihr kein gelg verdienen 

habe voll den dicken hals von euch da ja pannen von euch ja schön immer wieder kommen , mit absicht ??? oder was

It is now Nov 7 10:34pm est time and there are still issues with obtainning new ta funds. I do have some in reserve so its not as big of an issue for me as other players . However, I have never had any issues with paypal in the past,and even went to check my account there as well. The first year and a half I played this game I was a free player and now I can't buy ta funds??? How messed up is that,and since we tried to obtain this durring holiday special are you going to give us 30% that you advertised that we couldn't get to no fault of our own.

Ea has overall disappointted me several times in recent years ( CnC 4 for example). It has become increasingly difficult to trust EA in general; I do hope this is not a trend as I am also a BF player,and yes I've had someissues there as well!!!

I and I'm sure others also would like a Phone # in addition to having to write you.

As someone that started with C N C Tiberium Dawn on the first playstation with two copies of the game and two tvs and two consoles just to play heads up,I hope you will adress theese matters now. Thank you for your time!
