Incorrect Password when trying to log into C&C 3 Tiberium Wars

I tried to contact support, however the "less than 5 minutes" box dissapeared and I can't get it back

So I'm posting here as well

A mate purchased Command and Conquer 3 Tiberium Wars for me, and I cannot get the login or registration to work

it just keeps telling me my password is incorrect

I just found out my email was not changed sucessfully so it was using my old login details, I cant get through to the customer support, and am desperate I just want to play ☹️ or for my mate to get a refund

I still havn't found a solution to my problems here, and EA are not contactable, I just want a refund now on all my non working EA games ☹️
