The original servers have shutdown for these games, but there's no need to worry... You can continue to play online multiplayer GameRanger. This is where you'll find all the players. If you only used the original servers before, you'll be delighted to see that there are actually more players on GameRanger than there were on the original servers.

If you run into any issues you can ask here but it'll probably be far more effective to post on their forums here. They have solved every conceivable and inconceivable problem there and have the real expert on the issue there.
This is better than GameRanger or similar services in the way that this is a direct continuation of the old experience, you don't have to run the game through third party software to get it to work. Also a significant portion of the old players are playing there so it's relatively lively. You can even use your old nicknames and keep your old records.
