Issues with Online

EA_Mako, oh the weather outside is frightful, and it would be so delightful to play online tonight !

Chapter 1

The servers are burning.
The Command & Conquer platoon is under heavy strain.
Connections fail, matches freeze, and the patience of the community is running out.

But what happens now has never happened before.

Tanya has applied.
Not as a soldier.
Not as a saboteur.
But as an undercover operative.

Target: EA.

Due to the current server situation, a plan has been set in motion that could change everything.
A plan so risky that no single faction could carry it out alone.

For the first time in history, the Soviets and the Allies are working hand in hand.

An alliance born out of necessity.
An alliance led by a figure who has always operated in the shadows.

Kane.

Both factions agree on one thing.
This cannot be allowed to continue.

While the outside world is still speculating, Tanya is already in Cologne, sitting in a job interview.
Calm.
Professional.
Dangerously composed.

Logos are enough to make the message clear.
Names do not need to be spoken.

This is not a job.
This is a mission.

Come on owd chaps sort it out now all the money u have give the community some love n a brand new server n some new maps 😀 

Hey,  EA_Mako​, EA_Mai​ EA_David​ we understand this is not your personal fault and that you can only do so much.  But we as a player community would really appreciate transparency on this matter. If you would simply confirm that this is a known issue on EA side and it is being looked at actively?

It is clearly a server-side issue as it is affecting more or less all players.

Dear EA support,

Could you please fix the online issue? It is almost impossible to play an online match because the connectivity to the servers is not working. It's been like this for the last month. 

Please fix.

has there been any update to this as more and more people seem to be reporting this issue and no solutions seem to be forthcoming. Thanks!

unfortunately ... it was a little early to break out the bubbles. It worked that night and i managed 9 consecutive games. however, now im getting ZERO gameplay. before i might game one game in ten connect successfully. now its ZERO. 

Servers have more brown on them than I do, and that's saying something.

This is kind of getting beyond a joke now. 0 out of 10 matches worked for me.
