Let's talk about stealth tanks

I like the stealth tank, it has its uses, but its really hard to argue that it isn't outclassed by other stuff. It gets one shot by Orcas while bikes don't, it isn't truly stealth, getting no guaranteed first shot as you'd expect it to, its visible from a distance to other players via the outline so its not great for ambushes, and the reload time getting reset because something happens into its range and takes fire from its one last missile is utterly brutal. For those of you who have managed to unlock it, what are your thoughts?
