Yes the people with more units shouldn't play against players with less. For certain key units, like Scarabs, M.L.R.S, and Orcas, this is very hard for a lower-level, less-stacked deck. It's Sometimes impossible and people give up.
Well I guess I can't relate. I'm doing just fine as it is. As for double harvesters, just send some anti armor units their way like a Pitbull/Attack Bike during early game. Orcas ARE NOT COUNTERED BY PITBULLS/ATTACK BIKES. The best way to get rid of them is with Anti armor infantry. Laser Squads, Talons, and Cyborgs are great.
You just have to adapt and learn the counters. That's how I climbed and that's how you get good.

I definitely agree that double harvesters aren't much of an issue, I never had any problems with them when leveling up.
Most of the issues I've had started at level 9. Levels 10 and 12 unlock some critical units for GDI and Nod, and yet you'll still be facing players with those units at level 9.
