It's even worse for someone like me who just started today (just got access) and I am level 3 and can't even unlock nod. I am stuck because I get matched against score 500's with my score of 300. So I am basicly progression locked and this makes the game very unfun especially for new players like me. I am honestly about to just quit and say to heck with this alpha.
edit: I am done. Game is broken and I can't progress.
I'm about done, too. I've been staring at an empty box instead of a crate for over 10 days now. It's always win 15-20, lose 20-25. I can't get to mammoths or mlrs units but I keep getting pegged by them. The same goes for snipers. I'm sitting on all maxed trained units because I get 2-5 cards for things that need 100+. This isn't sustainable. If the plan is to be a typical EA customer screw-over, then bravo guys.
I also have a functional issue. On the desert maps (where I am currently stuck), when the platforms are in the fog and a red unit gets on them, I can't see the red (colorblind, yo). I see blue just fine there, but not the red. This is on the maps where the "sand" partially covers the color border.

Losing points definitely needs to go. Its a classic rich get richer, poor stay poor situation. The people who got there first or got lucky are rich with high tech units and better loot crates and the rest are kept down. The rankings and points need to be reworked.
And to the poster above me on the color of your side. I tottaly agree. Im not color blind but i hate how the colors switch when you go from gdi(blue) to nod (red). It's disorienting. Needs to be a way to set side colors.

The game was fun until about 900. Now I'm "capped for daily gold" on the wins, get no challenges, wait hours for crates, and have to fight every fight against people with 2 lvls better gear to try to lvl. So not only can we expect pay to win, but you're capped entirely for zerging. When "Rusted Warfare" is a true RTS for a flat $3.00... You really don't have much going here.
Listen EA, real rts players (the ones that might care CnC has a mobile game) aren't going to play a p2w game they can't even grind in. Just release the game for $5 flat and release "expansions" for another $5. You'll make millions.

I concur. At a certain point, you just can't progress any further in the game. If you're lucky, you might get a win, but I lose about 5 times (no joke) for every win I make. And I slide further and further down levels... this discourages me from playing the game. I don't mind losing so much, it's losing my medals and not gaining any credits that bothers me. I feel like I've not only wasted my time but hurt myself for doing so.
Please devs, if you look at this forum there have been several points where this has been brought up. Our concern shows how much we want this game to succeed and be fun. We all had a ton of fun before we got stuck losing medals. Please change this?
