Lost RT on world 55 multiple times

I have lost RT  (Repair TIme) on my two main bases multiple times now with each losing 2days of RT at a time.  It first happened earlier this week.  I didn't use the bases and let RT build back to 4+ houses. Made 3 attacks with main base and was still above 4days.  No attacks with 2nd base and timer went down to 2days.  Main base was at 4+ hours.  Logged out and came back now a few hours later and main base is less than 2 hrs RT without any attacks being made.  So I have lost a week of RT, playing time and upgrading time.

When will this be fixed and how will we get reimbursed as this is a deal breaker especially for those of us who pay money for RT????
