Medal win/loss Is Broken

So how do I loose medals (could only loose 2 because I only had 3,702) when this other player has units all at least 1 full level above mine (11+3 training is the max level of any of my GDI or NOD units are including those not in this deck, I refuse to participate in micro transactions in any game on any platform and you should too), including a level 15 tank, and they are already ranked higher than I am? How are the medal win losses calculated? What are the actual rules determining the medal win/loss amounts? Because right now it feels incredibly arbitrary.

    Criteria for level-difference challenge battle, all must be met:

    1) Enemy average army level must be within 1.5 levels of league cap (he is at exactly 14.28571428, so this criteria is met)

    2) Enemy average army level must be 1.5 levels higher than your average army level (you are at exactly 10.57142857. Subtract his from yours: 3.71428571, so this criteria is met)

    3) Your army level must be within 4 levels of the league cap (15 for tib league. 15-4=11. You are at 10.57. You need at least level 11. This criteria is NOT met)

    Criteria 3 is not met. No challenge battle triggers. You need to level your units up some more.

    In my time in tib league I had 0 challenge battles, even doe I was underleveled most of the times.

    Medal won/lost: It doesn‘t care about the levels. It only looks at the medal count. Enemy had more than you==> you loose only 17 instead of 20. That‘s how Mafia works.
